Being close to the front wall and executing a soft drop shot is incredibly challenging, especially when you’re looking to create threat and get your racket head up above the ball as Sabrina has done here. Notice how she is able to open the racket face and lead with the elbow to get underneath the ball as she plays it delicately into the front right of the court.
