Asal is becoming known to have a tremendously strong forehand volley and here is a great example of the shot. He sees the ball early and shuffles his base across with an open stance lunge. What he does really well is lock himself into position at the contact point being very strong and stable and keeping his head down and looking at the ball. He places the ball in an area that runs away from his opponent and the second bounce is glued to the side wall at the time his opponent wants to hit.
