- Warmup -
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Lunges (Alternating Legs)
20 High Knees
Repeat 3x with a 10-second rest between sets

- Power Phase -
Round 1:
1 Jumping Lunge
1 Knee To Elbow
1 Pushup

Round 2:
3 Jumping Lunges
3 Knee To Elbows
3 Pushups

Round 3:
... Continue adding two reps to each exercise until it becomes too difficult to continue

- Endurance Phase -
50 Squats, 50 Half Burpees, 50 Plank Sprints, Plank. Take as many breaks as you need. If this is too difficult, reduce to either 25 or 15 of each instead.

Also, make sure you consult your physician before performing any random exercise routines you see on the internet :) This particular routine will be tough for people with weak knees....
